Key Accountabilities
The Senior Sales Executive presents Armani Brand in all facets of style and hospitality as our premier sales team within each store. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for delivering the shopping experience to each client and upholding the highest level of service.
Detail Duties and Responsibilities
 Sell productively while meeting or exceeding the minimum sales per hour goal set as per company policy.
 Greet and acknowledge clients with a friendly and engaging attitude.
 Assess clients’ needs by listening to their cues and recommending products that fit their personal style.
 Educate clients on product knowledge (fit, styling, trends and fabrication)
 Work collectively as a team to create a shopping experience that exceeds the clients expectation as outlined in the Selling program.
 Uphold Brand Values of Respect, Teamwork, Professionalism and Praise.
 Maintain a clean and organized sales floor that meets both visual and operational standards.
 Handle the Multi Cash and supporting to Assistant Manager.
 Train the Customer Service and Product Knowledge to Sales Executive.
 Supervise the Sales Executive’s Daily Sales Performance.
 Actively engaged in developing more effective customer service skills.
 Provides honest and trustworthy advice to customers regarding the best products that fit the customer’s expectations.
 Maintains store appearance and merchandising standards as directed.
 Ensures that merchandise is restocked and placed in their respective areas.
 Monitor the Loss Prevention guidelines and deter shoplifting by providing excellent customer.
 Assist with stock related and housekeeping tasks.
 Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties.
 Make sure before leaving.
 Such as swift off light and key handling.

Job Requirements

Required Person Specification
 Any Graduate / Sale and Marketing Diploma.
 3 Years’ experience in a fashion retail or customer service related environment.
 Excellent verbal communication skills.
 Demonstrate a passion for customer service.
 Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
