• Works with internal groups (ex. Sales, Marketing, Branch Managers) to increase sales and to improve customer satisfaction
• Checking Beauty Adviser in the day-to-day performance of their jobs and Operations checking to cosmetic counters.
• Execute sales of the products by establishing new contacts, developing relationships and recommending solutions with clients.
• Identify business opportunities by analyzing prospects; researching and analyzing sales options.
• Generate sales leads through different channels and build sales pipelines by using different sales strategy to ensure constant stream of sales.
• Identify and close contract sales opportunities and to oversee the sales cycle to ensure the attainment of company revenue and profit goals.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Sales & Marketing Background (Preferred)
• At least 3 years sales experience in related field
• Must be able to travel
• Presentation skills with solid negotiation and sales closing ability
• Good command of written and spoken English is essential
• Good Interpersonal skills and team player, multi-tasking skills and strong attentions to details
