1. Responsible for the sales strategy for all projects related for sales, including residential, office, shop house and industrial2. Responsible for setting the marketing strategy for sales3. Responsible for supervision of the entire team including JD, recruitment, KPI setting, setting sales target, salary review and appraisal4. Responsible to produce product/development concept/strategy for individual plot site including preparing product/development brief5. Work closely with design and project team to ensure design and construction follow our product strategy 6. Responsible to propose pricing strategy for management approval 7. Responsible for setting and overseeing sales SOP. 8. Responsible for achieving sales price and target set by management9. Responsible for setting marketing budget, marketing calendar and events 10. Responsible to work with legal on all related legal documents11. Responsible for the information input, usage and reports of the IFCA and S plus system12. Responsible to secure end user financing from banks 13. Responsible for customer relations – after sales service to buyers including follow up 14. Responsible to oversee the operation and management of the sales gallery 15. Any other tasks assigned by senior management.
