- B.E (Mechanical/Mechatronic)- Must be strong for technical problems solving skill (troubleshooting, components overhaul etc.)- Must be good team work, good communication skill with customers (internal & external)- Must be appraisal to the quality of mechanics and jobs- Must be able to do appropriate job assign and job trip plans for speedy service- Must be support any technical problems for all branches, if branches request
