- Ensure control and coordination of projects documentation and data
- Ensure that records are accurate and comply with organisational and legal requirements
- Communicate with the Project Manager and assist with the organizing of site
- Maintain records, site diary, quality assurance documentation, reports and records
- Be able to attend meetings / deal with client if the Project Manager cannot attend
