> Plan strategy, set targets / KPIs, create action plans & road map, and conduct data analysis
> Set the vision and policy for customer care and the quality standard and assurance
> Manage overall internal & outsourced call center (BOOM)
> Manage call center system, plan IVR, collect data and align with Tech Department and vendors
> Plan strategy for customer retention, including outbound calls and aligning with marketing dept

> Ability to perform total planning, budget and expenditure control (opex & capex), negotiation and arrangement with other divisions or vendors, overall workforce management, data collection & analysis, preparing report materials
> Experience in Call center management preferred
> Fluent in English
