>B2B / Wholesale & Fixed Service Sales Support 2
-Monitor and manage the process to provide B2B fixed services to MPT’s corporate customers by organizing with B2B Sales, Technical Team, and construction companies
-Coordinate with respective departments to establish new procedures for provisioning of new products for B2B customers and to improve the existing procedures for more efficient operation
-Monitor and manage the process to provide wholesale services to wholesale customers by organizing with Wholesales, Technical Team, and construction companies
-Improve the existing procedures for more efficient operation
-Operate to run wholesale and B2B fixed business by issuing invoices, receiving customers’ queries, using IT system, filing documents and so on
-Operate to run B2B mobile business by activation of services by coordinating with billing system operators, issuing invoices, receiving customers’ queries, using IT system, filing documents and so on
