Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

• To prepare work (design and drawings) schedules and ensure conformance of such schedule.
• Managing a team of technical supervisors on site to ensure that all works comply fully with regulatory and client's requirements
• Work closely with Professional Engineers, regulatory authorities and contractors to provide planning, design and supervision leadership not only to solve site problems, but also to ensure timely completion of the projects
• Carry out supervision of structural works by identifying any non-conformity of contractor's works on site
• Understanding of local legislation/ requirements
• Implement the site supervision quality and safety assurance system
• Ensure that proper site documentation for ongoing works, site meetings, and safety record, as built submissions etc., are well managed

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree Engineering (Civil)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD/ BIM software is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office ( Word, Excel, Project)
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field and design experience in medium and high-rise structures (C&S)
