Position: Senior Supervisor (1) Post for Mandalay Region

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Monitoring the performances of sales and their daily activities
• Involve in operations training, hiring, etc.
• Create presentations, documents, files and spreadsheets

The position of supervisor consist in training, hiring and managing a team of Credit Officer whose duties are the following:
• Make good relationship with our staff and clients
• Promote our company products and services for our prospects
• Interview the lessees and prepare the documents for lessee application
• Complete all documents and applications of lessees
• Calculate the lessee ability and make appointment with the lessee before field check
• Collect lessee’s information
• Follow up monthly installments collection

Job Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Master Degree or Bachelor Degree holder
• Good command in English language (speaking, writing and listening)
• Computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, Internet, Mail, etc.)
