Responsible for overseeing and managing company's overall supply chain and logistics strategy and operations in order to maximize the process efficiency and productivity.
Report to the management any inefficient practices noticed/propose strategy to amend.
To develop sourcing, analyzing, comparing product package quality, process improvements , competitive advantages and supplier’s management.
Implement/improve supply chain processes
Budgeting and financial predictability on supply chain stream, cost management, innovation.
Analyze and enhance income terms, payment terms, negotiation techniques and supplier evaluation, custom process and documentation required
Build up strong relationship and retention process with suppliers, external and internal stakeholders.
Developing and maintaining good relationships with vendors and distributors.
Continuous knowledge on external markets impact the materials that we buy, develop a risk management program for each materials and communicate to superiors for approval and adoption.
Assist logistics process for the development of new products, inventory maintenance, production, delivery, and returns on products.
Work with sales, marketing , production & distribution teams to determine best vendors and distributors.
Comprehend legal documents, such as contracts and agreements.
Manage warehouse availability according to store demand
Analyze local prices vs imported prices to ensure the lowest final cost is found , negotiate prices and contract terms with Local Suppliers
Cost/Benefit reports analysis reports to CMT
Determine key supply chain KPIs , develop financial based KPIs to monitor supply chain and procurement performance
Train team members on how to operate ERP system when required
Train team members on proper inventory management
May be required to travel to business locations within Myanmar
Any other related duties CMT delegated

Must have high management & negotiation skills and problem solving skills to lead sense of urgency and result driven action

Hands on experience with supply chain management
Prefer to have 3-5 years working experience as a Supply Chain Manager in FMCG industry
Must be Upper Conversation level in the English and excellent communication
Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
BA in Supply Chain Management, Finance, or similar relevant field
Must have Diploma in Supply Chain Management and preferable MBA holer
