 To plan the strategic development of the infrastructure and lead on developments in use of IT to ensure the company benefits from new technologies.
 Design and implement short and long term strategic plans to make certain IT capacity meets existing and future requirements.
 Manage and develop the company system, and IT infrastructure to ensure it is robust and resilient and meet the needs of the Prospects Company.
 Work with other managers in IT to develop IT policies and procedures across the Company and support the ongoing security standards.
 Plan, organize, manage, monitor and evaluate the different activities related to computer systems and information technology.
 Diagnose and provide solutions to recurring problems that require special attention.
 Prepare scope of work reports, and other documentation for IT projects and associated efforts
 Establish rules and procedures to enable the proper implementation of IT systems.

 Develop strategies and feasibility studies for the development of IT systems’ design.
 Define and monitor quality standards and ensure compliance with them
 Negotiate& Managing vendors, outsourcers, and contractors to secure network products and services
 Ensure the smooth operation of allocated maintenance contracts and license agreements, identifying any problems or issues.
 Responsible for managing the quality of deliverables for projects ensuring that IT standards are applied and business needs are met
 Ensure the delivered technical solution meets the requirements of IT and organization wide standards and strategy.
 Responsible for reporting and presenting on the infrastructure status to the IT management team and the executive Board as appropriate

 Holder of Bachelor degree related to Information system, Computer system, Information technology, Business IT or Computer science with minimum five years of working experience in the field of IT or telecom and two years of working as management level.
 Professional certificate such as ITIL, CISA, MCSE or MCSA, CCNA, VCP preferred but not mandatory.
 Exceptional knowledge of service and application delivery, as well as successful service level agreement accomplishments.
 Experience in systems, cloud & virtualization platforms and network design & development.
 Understand and are able to provide user support and resolve problems related to the different uses of computing systems.
 Experience with business requirements gathering/analysis.
 Knowledge of software evaluation principles and practices.
 Proven project planning and management experience, exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities.
 Exceptional understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives.
 Provide IT architecture and technical support documentation skills.
 Ability to conduct research into emerging technologies and trends, standards, and products as required.
 Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
