Job Description

(Hardware) readiness, fulfillment & assurance. The FSO regional team lead is responsible for the Operation, Maintenance and stability of the site equipment including RAN/TRAN and Core site in his/her area.

Job Requirements

- Accountable for the regional infrastructure allocated, rectification of hardware/storage issues identified within allocated region
- Ensure availability of Field Maintenance resources on 7x24 basic.
- Perform quality checks and regular maintenance to ensure site safety as per Occupational Health and safety laws.
- Handle plans for implementation of change request from equipment supplier (e.g. software updates, patches).
- Produce relevant report for Network Incidences/Outages.
- Supporting and managing sub-contractor works.
- Maintenance of spare parts in coordination with SPMS team
