An Exciting Opportunity for ...

- Participate in training system building and implementation, training material preparation, training performance review and training report.
- Collect training requirements, set up the annual/quarterly / monthly training target, as well as the budget planning, training schedule and result monitor
- Regularly training for promoter/specialist/marketing supervisor/retail supervisor, especially new employees, improve the sales skill and merchandising; also training for trainers
- organize the team building, to build a good working atmosphere, make sure the teamwork closely and effectively

Job Requirements

- Minimum of Bachelor Degree in any related field.
- At least 2 years of Training Field working experience in mobile phone industry is preferred, having team management experience would be an added advantage.
- Having good understanding and perspectives of sales, channel development, marketing development, customer relationship development;
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in Mandarin would be an added advantage;
- Understand well the mobile phone market, especially familiar with Myanmar phone handset industry
- Good presentation skill, team cooperation, self-motive, target-oriented, good learning skill, honest and open-minded.
