- Business application (ERP in Financial, Logistic, Brewing, Purchasing, Sales Order and Inventory modules), Sales Force Automation, Engineering Stock system support and BI reports with Crystal and Qlik View (optional)
- Perform data analysis, UAT, debugging, Audit, Disaster Recovery and Problem solution
- Master Data Management
- Internal and external customer management
- Able to manage and communicate with third party vendors from oversea
- Application and System security control
- Change and Risk control
- Experience of managing 3rd parties and 3rd party delivered services

Job Requirements

-Bachelor degree holder in IT related fields
-Experienced Service Management professional
-Excellent customer facing/customer service skills
-Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
-Able to demonstrate a high degree of flexibility including shift and out of hours working
-Excellent organisational skills
-Able to manage sensitive and sometimes confidential information
-Self-motivation and able to take responsibility
