Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

-Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution
-Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve customer issues
-Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to
the appropriate internal teams
-Repair and control customer products
-Join Inspection of 3rd service Parties
-Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues
-Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
-Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues
-Any ad-hoc duties assigned

Job Requirements

-Must have proven working experience in enterprise technical support as a technical engineer
at least two years
-Basic knowledge of consumer electronics
-Strong problem-solving skills
-Strong communication, Problem-solving skills
-Ability to multi-task, priorities, and manage time effectively
-Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
-Proven customer support experience & work under pressure
-Must be conversation level in the English language
