• Supervise the operation, maintenance, and repair of hotel equipment, tools, and facilities.
• Delegates duties and supervises all maintenance work.
• Able to train the team and people development skills.
• Excellency in Communication, Leading and Inter-personal skills.
• Schedules preventive maintenance program.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
• Good knowledge in computer skill.
• Provide strong leadership and direction to the Engineering department.
• Oversee the general cost control aspects for the maintenance of the hotel

Job Requirements

• AGTI or B.Tech or B.E (Electrical or Mechanical)
• Age above 30 years old
• Minimum (4) years and above experiences in M & E service maintenance field
• Must have good communication skill and Basic English Four skills.
• Able to work well under pressure and stay in Hotel. (Will provide Accommodation and Meal)
