Responsible for high level of customer satisfaction in the region, developing the personnel ensuring their motivation, continuous development and achievement against regional targets.
Coaching the technical-oriented Supervisors of today to be customer, service and result -oriented Line Manager.
Dealing with complaints as well as a continuous supervision of the customer satisfaction.
Evaluate the results of all maintenance and modernization agreements, identify recurring problems and prepare recommendations for executives about significant changes that need to be made to resources, procedures, systems or technology.
Securing and extending the existing maintenance portfolio, pricing and profitability of the customers.
Service Supervisors/ fitters and subcontractors get the statutory safety instructions.

Job Requirements

B.E(EP/Mechatronic) degree holder

2-3 year’s working experience in service operation and related field.

Good commands of English(Written and Speaking)
