An Exciting Opportunity for ...

- To be hired for a well-known automobile company
- Oversee after sales department
- Supervise service technicians to ensure efficient job performance and timely repairs
- Oversee the hiring and training of after sales service team
- Monitor inventory ensure availability of required vehicle parts
- Oversee the procurement of vehicle parts, automotive equipment and various other items required in an auto service department
- Handle complaints and addressing their issues
- Assign and schedule work duties to service staff according to their skills
- Follow up customers to obtain feedback and ensure they are satisfied with received service

Job Requirements

-Must have 5 years working experiences as automobile service and at least 4 years experiences in supervision.
-Must have Background in Engineering and have strong knowledge in automobile
-Strong Customer Service skills, managing staffs (Sales, Service Engineer) and Sales
-Must have Upper Conversation level in the English Language.

What We Can Offer
