An Exciting Opportunity for ...

• Internal/External Interactions:

o Internal
Report to After Sales Manager
Responsible for assigning and designating job duties to staff according to their performance and history.
Monitor inventory to regulate and ensure availability of required vehicle parts
Interact with workshop controller closely so to identify necessary job assignments for Service, Valet and body shop team.

o External
 Communicate closely with OEM so for warranty/Training
 Follow up customers to obtain feedback and ensure they are satisfied with received service


• Functional Responsibilities
• Answers technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
• Oversees service orders.
• Maintains Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company standards.
• Assists in diagnosing vehicle problems.
• Orders parts and tools as necessary.
• Oversees administration of warranty claims.
• Oversees training and supervising of service department employees.
• Works with upper management to make service department hiring and discipline decisions.
• Sets schedules and assigns tasks to service department employees.
• Reinforces company policies and adheres to company standards.
• Encourages compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Maintains good working relationship with workshop, parts and sales department
• Attends required manager meetings.
• Maintains effective employee relations.
• Interact with external vendors.
• Manage technician productivity.
• Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customers.


o Functional Area
 Aftersales Department

• Knowledge Responsibilities:
Supervise the operations of mechanics to ensure timely and quality repairs that meet the requirements of customers.
Comply with health/safety regulations and procedures, ensuring appropriate disposal of environmental wastes such as used vehicle oils.
Present reports and updates to After Sales Manager on work activities.
Conduct repair price negotiations with clients to arrive at a favorable bargain. They also maintain record of all vehicle repairs, maintenance and their associated fees.
As part of their tasks, attend industry events and conferences to update job knowledge and expand personal network
• Financial Responsibilities:
• Need to submit the expense details as per company rules and regulation
• During any vehicle delivery if customers pay the invoice – on the same day the technician should settle that payment to the cashier/finance team.
• HR Responsibilities:
o If any dispute with any of the staffs first need to report to the Managers or HR team.
o If anything happen like stolen/company property if any staff/someone misuse need to intimate immediately to managers/HR team.

• Travel Requirements: (key travel requirements)
o Depends upon the situation if any vehicle problems in other province/branch need to attend as per superior advice.

Job Requirements

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:
• Need technical knowledge – BE, DME, ITI ( Elective Automobile Department)
• Technically experienced with English capability.
• Need computer operating knowledge


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
ESSENTIAL:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as Workshop controller or Assistant Service manager position in well organized automotive business group
• Good knowledge in premium vehicles technical diagnosis concern experience
• Valid Driving License
• Good commutation skill in English Knowledge to communicate with manufacture
• Computer proficiency is must
Other:

• Multilanguage capability

• Has experience in abroad
- Age over 35 years
