A Big Opportunity for ...

• Monitoring and Controlling all job records, cash-invoice records and reporting to GM monthly.
• Checking all invoices concerned with service job daily.
• Sourcing service and parts supplier and dealing for payment and order.(Contract)
• Arranging and scheduling Techanical Training to service member and operating and maintain training to sale team and client’s operator.
• Budgeting service cost for Weekly , Monthly and Yearly.
• Planning and monitoring service jobs schedules such as Inspection, Maintenance and Repair jobs.
• Preparing reporting for Monthly and Daily Job Progress to GM
• Organizing the teams to follow the rules and regulations as to be in safety, health and good working environment.
• Checking and making sure all service jobs are in order with Standard Operation Procedure set by management.
• Carries out special tasks assigned by Service GM.

Job Requirements

- Age between 35 to 45 years.
- Minimum 10 years experience in repair, maintenance & trouble shooting in machinery & construction equipment.
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Well organized, good interpersonal skills & stress tolerance
- Computer literacy (MS Office, Excel & Power Point)
- Fluent in English
- Management Skills & Proper documentation
- Must have driving license
- Who can work at Thilawa
