Service Manager (or)Service Equipment Business Field Operations Manager(SEB FO Manager)

Responsibilities and Key Activities

- Responsible for high level of customer satisfaction in the region.

- Selection of personnel, training and continuing qualification of the employees.

- Dealing with complaints as well as a continuous supervision of the customer satisfaction.

- Coaching the technical-oriented Supervisors of today, to be customer, service and result-oriented line Managers.

- Responsible for sales in the Service Sector of the region.

- Proactive customer care of the existing customers

- Handover from installation to Maintenance runs orderly.

- Continuous improvement of the work processes.

Job Requirements

Professional requirements

- work experience equivalent.

-Customer relationship management skills and experience.

- Market and customer business understanding

- Solid knowledge of maintenance methods in elevator industry

- Knowledge of modernization and maintenance methods

- Wide knowledge of construction industry contracts and their management

- Project management skills and experience

- Knowledge of employment law in relevant country

Entry-Level requirement

- Fluent in English.

- At the minimum bachelor's degree in commercial or technical field

- Prior working experience in people leadership

- Prior working experience in elevator maintenance business

- Prior working experience in customer relationship management is an asset

- Minimum 5 years work experience
