Responsibilities and Key Activities for Elevator & Escalator

- Responsible for high level of customer satisfaction in the region.
- Selection of personnel,training and continuous qualification of the employees.
- Dealing with complaints as well as a continuous supervision of the customer satisfaction .
- Coaching the technical-oriented Supervisors of today, to be customer, service and result oriented Line Managers-
- Responsible for sales in the Service Sector of the region.
- Proactive customer care of the existing customers
- Handover from installation to Maintenance runs orderly.
- Continuous improvement of the work processes.

Job Requirements

Professional requirements

- work experience equivalent.
-Customer relationship management skills and experience.
- Market and customer business understanding
- Solid knowledge of maintenance methods in elevator industry
- Knowledge of modernization and maintenance methods
- Wide knowledge of construction industry contracts and their management
- Project management skills and experience
-Knowledge of employment law in relevant country

Entry-Level requirement
- Fluent in English.
- At the minimum bachelor's degree in commercial or technical field
- Minimum 5 years work experience
