Responsibilities and Key Activities for Elevator & Escalator- Responsible for high level of customer satisfaction in the region.- Selection of personnel,training and continuous qualification of the employees.- Dealing with complaints as well as a continuous supervision of the customer satisfaction .- Coaching the technical-oriented Supervisors of today, to be customer, service and result oriented Line Managers- - Responsible for sales in the Service Sector of the region.- Proactive customer care of the existing customers- Handover from installation to Maintenance runs orderly.- Continuous improvement of the work processes.
Professional requirements- work experience equivalent.-Customer relationship management skills and experience.- Market and customer business understanding- Solid knowledge of maintenance methods in elevator industry- Knowledge of modernization and maintenance methods- Wide knowledge of construction industry contracts and their management- Project management skills and experience-Knowledge of employment law in relevant countryEntry-Level requirement- Fluent in English.- At the minimum bachelor's degree in commercial or technical field- Minimum 5 years work experience
