Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

• Must be able to make service plan for every year to meet the requirement of after sale service goals and demand of the farmer by ensuring sufficient team members, including engineer, mechanics, making sure of the spare parts are in stock for quick repairs.

• Demonstrate professional working knowledge of standards and practices offered by the company. Ensure highest quality of work is offered to the customers.

• Collaborate with sales and marketing department to achieve company’s sales objectives

• Develop high level of personnel’s knowledge by organizing training program with the permission of the service director. Update new product knowledge of the engineers and mechanics by collaborating with HR department, suppliers, training institute and business partners.

• Organize the service department by regions to achieve customer satisfaction. Measure the service team’s performance and maintain high efficiency of the departments.

• Set up and maintains service center, including managing the call center. Solve and improve the quality of the call center by setting up effective methods. Keep record of warranty policy, service visit of every customers.

• To travel around the country to monitor performance of the service department.

• Listen customer complaints and solve the issues.

• Control, regulate and audit the work and service of the company to ensure all the standard and requirement met. The repairs are carried out as defined by the manuals and documents, effectively, correctly and thoroughly.

Job Requirements

• Must hold an engineering degree, mechanics and mechatronics preferred.

• Must hold a driver license and must be able to travel at any time.

• Comprehensive knowledge of heavy machinery or agricultural machinery.

• Strong written and verbal communication.

• Proficient in English or Chinese

• Self-motivated and strong customer facing skills.

• Trouble shooting and problem solving skills.

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in related field and 3 years in management position.
