To ensure that the service team perform at maximum capacity at all levels of their job requirements with particular focus on staff motivation and ensuring that all the key responsibilities as listed below are met. Also, to ensure that the key operational figures in line with Yoma targets are achieved.

To Ensure that Yoma German Motors Service Department: -
• Have in line with the manufacturers franchise requirements
• Achieve the targeted labour sales figures for the measured period
• Achieve the total targeted GP figures for the measured period.
• Control department’s expenses within target levels or less for the measured period.
• Is up-to-date and inform the customers with warranty claims and procedures
• Have a nice relationship with the customers and colleagues
• Solve the customer’s complaint whatever situation
• Ensure that the ‘Upsell’ Targets are met by the front-line staff in the measured period
• Ensures the service team works closely with Sales, Parts and Administration colleagues to deliver outstanding customer service
• Monitor quality control steps in place to guarantee Fixed Right First Time
• Achieve the desired CSI ratings through deliverance of excellent customer service
• Select and appoint new team members including apprentices and ensure they are equipped with the required skills and training
• Monitor and control staff performing in conjunction with their own job descriptions and to be punctual
• Ensure that all staff are either dressed in uniform if customer facing or in protective safety gear if in the workshop
• Allocate the staffs need to attend VW and Yoma service related courses.
• Maintain Service Core processes
• Maintain special tools and equipment well
• Ensure that the workshop is immaculately clean at all times
• Manage day to day operations of the Service Department
• Create and initiate service marketing plans, implement advertising and promotional activities

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Engineering (Mechanical), Dip: in Customer Service Management, Communications, Economics desirable.
• Self-motivated, confident and capable of engaging customers at all levels
• Strong written and oral negotiation, presentation and communication skills both in Burmese and English
• Team leadership experience in a multi-disciplined environment
• At least 3- or 5-years’ experience in automotive or heavy equipment industry
• Verbal and report writing skills
• Problem solving, analytical skills, knowledge of automotive industry
• Adaptable to changing priorities and capable of working efficiently under pressure
• Well-developed skills in Microsoft Office Set.
