• - Instruct customers on equipment operation, care and maintenance
• - Inspect rental equipment upon return and return deposits less any observed damage
• - Increase sales across all channels through effective hiring, training and management approaches.
• - Effectively manages team members, including technicians and Advisor, to ensure team objectives and sales goals are being carried out
• - Assists with or performs administrative tasks
• - Sets up and maintains service desk, including managing service desk team members and evaluating desk efficiency
• - Oversees team members performing inspections, personally to ensure highest quality of work

Job Requirements

• - BE (Mechanical)
• - Previous Service ( Heave Machine ) Experience
• - Creative Problem solving
• - Must have strong leadership skill, strong analytical reporting skill, management skill and experience excellent computer skills
• - Able to work under pressure and within deadline
• - Able to drive and extensive travels in domestic
• - Strong written and verbal communication in English
