• Oversee aftersales department
• Supervise service technicians to ensure efficient job performance and timely repairs
• Oversee the hiring and training of aftersales service team
• Monitor inventory ensure availability of required vehicle parts
• To support the Procurement of vehicle parts for repair
• Handle complaints and addressing customer issues
• Assign and schedule work duties to service staff according to their skills
• Follow up customers to obtain feedback and ensure they are satisfied with received service

Job Requirements

• Any Bachelor degree
• Experienced in at least 5 years working as total and more than 4 years’ experience in supervision
• Background in Engineering and who have strong knowledge in automobile
• Strong Customer Service skills, managing staffs (Sales, Service Engineer) and Sales
• Good command in English
• Enthusiasm and passion for services
• Able to work long terms with the company, under pressure, independently positively and co-workers as teamwork.
• Proactive and positive thinking
