JOB SUMMARY

Our company is expanding and needs Service Manager(s) to take over daily operations behind the service counter. We are seeking a friendly, outgoing professional who knows about HPE Server, Storage, Networking products and can take care about HPE Service Contracts and service contracts Revenue. Maintaining a high level of customer engagement and satisfaction is critical to your success in this role, so previous sales experience is a must. Our entire sales department will answer to you, so we need someone who has excellent management and training skills. SERVICE MANAGER(S) RESPONSIBILITIES

· Provide customers with the information they need to purchase equipment /products that is appropriate for their project
· Collaborate and lead with internal sales team for products sales and service sales
· Develop contracts for commercial reseller and end customer who have ongoing equipment buy and renew needs
· Train the service engineer accordingly vendor defined skills.
· Manage products’ contract and, and working with customer as team lead for service contract
· Solved and handle customers on equipment operation, care and maintenance and
· When customer need vendor supporting, collaborate with vendor team on support case/issue.
· Inspect devices upon warranty and RMA observed damage
· Increase Service sales across all channels through effective training and management approaches

Job Requirements

SERVICE MANAGER(S) SKILLS

· Minimum of 4+ years of enterprise IT systems administration experience at a Junior level
· 3+ years’ in Enterprise Server, storage and networking Selling
· Windows Server 2008-2016 experience (Supporting, Troubleshooting)
· Perform system maintenance and patching using WSUS/ SCCM.
· VMWare experience is preferred (Supporting Virtual Servers, Monitoring)
· Active Directory Experience (Account creations, groups, permissions)
· Server level backup experience
· Collaborate/ interact with Customers to gather technical requirements for the implementation of new technology solutions.
· Troubleshooting skills to lead/ participate in Incident and Problem Management activities to ensure Customer SLAs are met.
· Create and maintain mirrored life cycle environments (Dev->Test->Prod).
· Respond and re mediate security incidents in collaboration with the Cyber Security team.
· Communicate technical issues to both technical and non-technical end users.
· Maintain and provide developers and users with proper access to local, staging and production systems as needed.
· Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies, and procedures.
· Ensure security of data, network access, and backup systems.
· Act in alignment with customer needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy.
· Identify improvement opportunities and participate in solutions to address issues/ challenges.


Additional Qualifications:

· At least, Graduated and Diploma in Computer Studies (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
· Hardware/Software architecture experience
· HP hardware server experience
· 3PAR storage experience is preferred
· Excellent communication and leadership skills
· Strong knowledge of Enterprise Server, Storage and Networking products; HPE Enterprise products is preferred.
· Proven track record in post-sales, after sales service
· Previous good job experience is valuable for us
