Job Description

A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

1.Work in SOC (Service Operation Center) and responsible for Service Quality & Customer Experience monitoring.
2.Monitor VIP users experience KQI via Big Data Tool and create Trouble Ticket (TT) via OSS Tool when KQI alarm detected.
3.Monitor KQI of dedicated area and create TT when KQI alarm detected.
4.Trace TT & Work Order (WO) status from created till closed, including call, send message or mail to troubleshooting team.
5.Escalate to management during TT & WO analysis and handling according according to SLA.
6.Create hourly/daily/weekly/monthly reports via Big Data Tool and OSS Tool.
7.Basic analyze for some common alarms according to experience database before escalating to SOC Analysis Engineer.

Job Requirements

1.Must hold a bachelor degree or any other relevant degree.
2.More than 2 years experience in NOC (Network Operation Center) FO (Front Office) or relevant work.
3.Basic knowledge of Telecommunication fields like Core Network and Wireless Network.
4.Understand workflows and processes.
5.Excellent written and verbal communication in English and interpersonal skills.
6.Good at MS Office.
7.Willing to learn, active and positive.
