• To be employed for a Authorized distributor of Samsung Electronics.
• Job Location will be at Nay Pyi Taw, Taung Gyi & Myit Kyii Nar.
• Lead the whole operation of Stock Management, Training Management, Service Operation Management.
• Develop the service center SOP and establish KPI, Target Management plan & Improvement Plan.
• Handle the Service Tracking Management System by coordinating with Thai Samsung Electronics.

Job Requirements

• Any graduate can apply, MBA holders and B.E ( Electronics ) holders are preferable.
• Must be fluently in English and Myanmar.
• Excellent customer service skills and negotiation skills.
• At least 3 years experience in Customer service industry (or) Electronic sales & service industry.
