> Monitor KPI and traffic, achieve necessary analysis to improve service quality, especially backhaul(Transmission and Microwave) network.
> Share the situation regarding backhaul network quality degradation with concerning organizations. And make sure their cooperation and that the solutions are done.
> Monitoring and dimensioning the system capacity
> Take ownership in setting up the target of mobile service quality.

Job Requirements

>Microsoft Excel , Word & Power Point skills must be have.
>Need to have IP network knowledge and understanding the traffic behaviour & making graph from raw data.
>Need to have analytic skill for network policy and IP issue (Should have certificate such as CCNP, others related IT Fields certificate)
>Good troubleshooting skills.
>English skill in well 4 Skills & Myanmar Language
>Excellent communications & interpersonal skills and co-ordination skills
>Must be dependable and trustworthy
>Must be self motivated, focused, and persistent
