Assistant Service Manager
1) Reception Work
2) Listening to Customer Requirements
3) Confirmation of the Vehicle, test drive confirmation
4) Decision of the work contents
5) Confirmation of parts in stock
6) Advance Procedures for parts leaving the workshop
7) Decision of the squad in charge of the work
8) Decision of the work completion time and explanation to the customer
9) Explanation the expense estimate
10) Issuing of the work instructions
11) Hand the vehicle over to the work squad and explain the work contents
12) Work control
13) Draw up a repair fee estimate, delivery receipt, and an invoice
14) Create and Report Monthly work reports
15) Claim applications
16) Management of claim receipts
17) Management of claims data
18) Keeping and Management of damaged parts
19) Handling over the vehicle
20) Any other duties to support others department or team that from time to time are required to meet the needs of the company

Job Requirements

- Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical/ Electronic Engineer or related field
- Good Communication and MS Office Skills
- Presentation skills
- Strong in technical report writing
- Minimum 2-3 years experienced in automotive industry
- Driving License
- Able to travel
- Good in English
