Responsible for the production management and implement the company’s rules and regulations.
Responsible for the reasonable deployment of materials, manpower, equipment and other resources, control costs, improve productivity and improve product quality.
Site inspection to ensure the equipment is normal operation
Reasonable arrangement of personal, to do their best, to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the staff.

Job Requirements

Any graduated. Major in food production, preferably with experience in production management of filling plant, fluent in English and Burmese.
Understand the production plan clearly and organize the implementation
Be familiar with the maintenance and maintain related machinery
Can effectively control the production cost and cooperate with the analysis report.
Cheerful, good at communication and expression
Hard-working, leadership, fair and equitable.
