Manage to the shops day to day activities, carry out responsibilities that may include training shop staffs and stock taking.
Checking daily sale data
Keeping the store in line with Health and Safety regulations
Managing the shops security policies
Proposing and implementing promotions and specials
Developing marketing strategies
Doing merchandising
Maintaining the budgets and expenditure
Attending sales meetings
Keeping abreast of stocks and merchandise levels
responsible for maintaining productivity, the tracking of stock and the balancing of books
Maintains store staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring.

Job Requirements

Any graduate Bachelor Degree, other business diploma is an a advantage.
Minimum 3 years in supervision level of Business or related field and shop management ,
Age between 28 to 40 years old.
Have experience in Retail shop, Bakery shop are more preferred.
Excellent communications skills are vital in this job, as are interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of the merchandise or services the store offers is also essential.
Work well under pressure and with deadlines, strong leadership, interpersonal, management, customer service, and multitasking skills
Good computer skills, Reporting skill are in essential.
