- Overall daily operations
- Manage and engage with Consignment Vendors and their operations in the store
- Manage, plan, request and liaise with purchase department for own purchase and sell products
- Manage staffs planning, retaining
- Develop, maintain and revised SOP
- Think of ways to increase profit as well as future expansion of similar stores
- Work toward aligning Shops mission and Vision with HQ mission and vision
- Can do MDS to multiple store not only Pinlon

1. Center ၀န္ထမ္းမ်ားဧ။္ HR & Admin ႏွင့္ သက္ဆိုင္ေသာ လုပ္ငန္းမ်ားအား Rule & Regulation အရေဆာင္ရြက္ေပးရျခင္း။
2. ရံုးတြင္းစာ ရိုက္ျခင္း/ထုတ္ျခင္း/ျဖန္႔ေ၀ျခင္း၊ Vendor Customers ႏွင့္သက္ဆိုင္ေသာ စာမ်ားအား ရိုက္ျခင္း/ထုတ္ျခင္း/ျဖန္႔ေ၀ျခင္း၊ Attendance ေရးဆြဲစစ္ေဆးျခင္း၊ ၀န္ထမ္းစည္းကမ္းမ်ား ထုတ္ျပန္ျခင္းတို႔ျပဳလုပ္ျခင္း။
3. Vendors & Customers ၾကား လိုအပ္ခ်က္မ်ားကို ညွိႏွဳိင္း ေဆာင္ရြက္ေပးျခင္း။
4. Computer(Excel/Word/PowerPoint)တို႕ကိုအသံုးျပဳႏိုင္ၿပီး ERP Software ကိုလည္း အသံုးျပဳႏိုင္ရမည္။
5. Vendor ထံမွကုန္ပစၥည္း အ၀င္/အထြက္ မ်ားကိုျပဳလုပ္ေဆာင္ရြက္ေပးျခင္း။
6. အ၀င္ပစၥည္း items ျပဳလုပ္ၿပီး Purchase ျပဳလုပ္ျခင္း။
7. လုပ္ငန္းလိုအပ္ခ်က္အရ အစိုးရ ရံုးမ်ား၊ ဘဏ္မ်ားသို႕သြားလာႏိုင္ရမည္။
8. ကုမၸဏီအတြက္ လိုအပ္ေသာအႀကံဥာဏ္မ်ားကိုလည္း ေပးႏိုင္ရမည္။

Job Requirements

- အသက္(၃၅)ႏွစ္ ႏွင့္ (၄၅)ႏွစ္ၾကားျဖစ္ၿပီး တကၠသိုလ္မွဘြဲ႕တစ္ခုခုရရွိၿပီးသူျဖစ္ရမည္။
- Center Manager / Floor Manager လုပ္ငန္းအေတြ႕အႀကံဳရွိသူဦးစားေပးမည္။
- Computer(Excel/Word/PowerPoint)တို႔ကိုအသံုးျပဳႏိုင္ရမည္။
- ရုပ္ရည္တည္တန္႔ၿပီး ၀န္ထမ္းေရးရာပိုင္း၊ စည္းကမ္းပိုင္းဆိုင္ရာတို႔ကိုထိန္းသိမ္းႏိုင္ရမည္။
- Management ကိုေကာင္းစြာနားလည္ၿပီး အသံုးခ်ႏိုင္သူျဖစ္ရမည္။
- Customer Complain မ်ားကိုအေကာင္းဆံုးျဖစ္ေအာင္ေျဖရွင္းေပးႏိုင္ရမည္။
- Center တြင္ ေရာင္းအားေကာင္းေစေသာ Strategy မ်ားအသံုးျပဳၿပီး ေဆာင္ရြက္ႏိုင္ရမည္။
- မိမိ Center တြင္ Promotion မ်ားကို Season အလိုက္၊ Event မ်ားျဖင့္ Plan ခ်မွတ္ၿပီး ေဆာင္ရြက္ႏိုင္သူျဖစ္ရမည္။
- အက်င့္စာရိတၱေကာင္းမြန္ၿပီး၊ ေျပာဆိုဆက္ဆံေရးေျပျပစ္ရမည္။
- ေျမာက္ဒဂံု ပင္လံုတြင္ တာ၀န္ထမ္းေဆာင္ႏိုင္သူျဖစ္ရမည္။
