Key Accountabilities
The Shop Manager will be a role model and effectively lead a team of different level of retail staff comprising the Sales Promoter to Assistant Manager to ensure company goals and objectives are met.

Detail Duties and Responsibilities
1. Completes store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
2 Maintains store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employeesby coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
3 Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements.
4. Formulates pricing policies by reviewing merchandising activities; determining additional needed sales promotion; authorizing clearance sales; replenish.stock.
5. Markets merchandise by studying advertising, sales promotion, and display plans; analyzing operating.
6. Secures merchandise by implementing security systems and measures.
7. Protects employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
8. Maintains the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
9. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional scieties.
10. Maintains operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
11. Emphasize to increase sales force and well plan for vital merchandise.
12. Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties

Job Requirements

1. Any Graduate or Sales and Marketing Diploma
2. 5 years of Luxury Leather, Cosmetic and Jewelry Retail Sales and Merchandising experience
3. Well-groomed and neat looking
4. Secures merchandise by implementing security systems and measures
5. Protects employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environments
6. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending education workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies
7. Markets merchandise by studying advertising, sales promotion, and display plans; analyzing operating and financial statements for profitability ratios.
8. Maintains operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
9. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Independent, confident and self motivated.
