Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Oversee the showroom and sales operations and ensuring all operations follow the company’s standard procedures.
  • Develop long-term relationships with customers.
  • Responsible for upselling and drive the team to get the targeted sales amount.
  • Checking the daily and monthly sales reports.
  • Finding new customers and expending the sales area in targeted regions.
  • Develop good relationships with partner such as tour agencies (inbound and outbound).
  • Taking in charge of handling the customer complaints.
  • Responsible for managing team schedules;
  • Learn and understand about the art of Jade in order to better understand the product
  • Train and cultivate a motivated team on brand identity, narrative, product knowledge, systems, communication, and culture;
  • Assist the executive director with other duties as needed at all times

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years sales and leadership experience in a luxury retail environment
  • Proficiency in Chinese, Burmese, and English is a plus
  • Flexibility to work a retail schedule is a must.
  • Work effectively in both a team environment as well as independently.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, including verbal, written, time management, and project skills.
  • Strong planning skills with a sense of priority and attention to detail within a revenue driven atmosphere.
  • Dedicated to high levels of customer service and sales productivity.
