Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

The Showroom Manager aims to develop his/her sales and targets, while managing a sales team and store's everyday duties such as : staff plannings and trainings, customer care, stocks management, cash management, merchandising, store animations, maintenance issues etc.

MAIN DUTIES:

Management of a team of 3 to 4 sales reps and technicians
o Daily briefing and weekly meetings
o Follow-up of individual performances/achievements and coaching
o Follow-up of variable bonuses
o Schedule/planning management

- Daily follow-up of the showroom KPIs
o Daily analysis of the showroom performance/KPI and report to the RSM and Business Development Director
o Suggest corresponding business actions and sales activations/events

- Convey and spread the company commercial strategy/policy
o Set-up and follow-up of sales activations to boost the showroom performances
o Ensure merchandising guidelines are applied
o Ensure the sales speech/standards are mastered and applied

- Operational management of the showroom
o Ensure processes are understood and applied (finance, logistics…)
o Stock and cash management/control
o Ensure the maintenance of the showroom device/equipment is done

Job Requirements

REQUIRED SKILLS:

- Management experience of a B2C sales team
- Excellent knowledge of B2C sales speech/technics
- Business english is required

- Business-oriented and results-driven
- Leadership to manage efficiently the team and inject energy into others
- Ability to develop the team members skills
- Sense of autonomy and responsibility
- Good interpersonal skills / team spirit
- Reactivity and pragmatism
- Customer-oriented
- Ability to adapt and be on the look-out for new ideas
