Job Descriptions
• As a Site Admin & HR Assistant, you will support expectations with the handles of daily administrative and HR duties in Site. You will assist with recruitment, record maintenance, and support to all employees.
• Responsible to arrange tickets and accommodation for staff traveling local/ foreign.
•
Responsible to provide the efficient administrative support for the daily operation, maintenance, housekeeping, scheduling of staff facilities but may not limited to lockers.
•
Perform to organize office operations and procedures.
•
Other job related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
