Job Description

Responsibilities
• On-charge of site planning and execution of site works.
• Assist Project Manager to manage project site by overseeing the day-to-day operation relating to the construction of the project.
• Assist the Project Manager to ensure that the project is completed and delivered on time as well as within budget.
• Manage site personnel and coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, consultants, authorities, sub-contractors and suppliers to ensure all execution are within contractual obligation.
• Maintain proper records and drawings of the projects including changes to specifications and scope of work.
• Oversee the quality of construction and ensure that it compliance to regulatory standards and proper techniques.
• Monitor the safety and hygiene of project sites.
• Perform any related duties as required by the company from time to time.

Job Requirements

• A degree in Building, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Must have at least 3 to 5 years of project management experience preferably in construction industry.
• Good knowledge of regulatory rules or requirements governing the building construction works.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Those who can speak and write English will be an added advantage.
• Possess confidence, initiative and high energy or drive as well as able to work independently.
