viii. Handling Risks Proactively
ix. Genset (or Mobile Genset) Run Hour Record
x. Diesel Filling record
B. Coordination
i. HOTO from Construction Team
ii. Coordination with NOC
iii. Coordination with Site Caretaker and YMP Manager
iv. Coordination with Village House Holds and Village Heads
v. Revenue Collection from House Hold Customers

C. Engineering Skills
i. Electrical Engineering
ii. Sound understanding of Electrical Drawings
iii. Root Cause Analysis for Faults
vi. Prototype Test at Field

Job Requirements

Preferred Experience:
i. 1-2 years of experience in Telecom Site Maintenance
ii. Fresh Engineers will undergo 6 Months training
iii. Solar Experience will be an added advantage

Qualification & Certification:
i. Electrical Engineering Graduate



Desirable Skills and Attributes:
i. Knowledge of English and Burmese Language
ii. Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills
iii. Relationship Management with Customers (House Holds & Tower)
