An Exciting Opportunity for ...

Verify Payment Claims, Invoices, and Variations Orders from Contractors /Suppliers by physically checking works done in project sites, and cross check each invoice together with suppliers/contractors.

Compare quantities from drawings against actual executed at site and prepare wastage report.

Send correspondence to subcontractors and suppliers other departments for any clarifications regarding the invoiced works or materials.

Check and verify the quantities of the deliveries of materials such as Concrete, Rebar, Finishes Materials (which are supplied by the Employer) to site for payment processing. Keep records of all the Delivery Orders of Materials delivered to site and make sure to obtain all the signatures.

Preparation of Payment Certificates as per executed work on site.

Perform other related duties as advised by the direct supervisor.

Job Requirements

B.E (Civil), A.G.T.I (Civil) or BS (Quantity Surveying)

Verbal and Written Skill of English Language and Myanmar

Computer skills and operation of related application software like AutoCAD, Adobe, and MS Office.

Chinese - Putonghua Speaking (Preferable)

Good communication skill

Five Years plus (Must have site experience). Able to work at night time as and when necessary.
