As a social learning specialist, you will be responsible for creating and mobilizing collaborative network of learning communities (primarily via Workplace® platform) to instill learning culture as well as leverage the knowledge and know-how of people throughout the organization. As a trainer, you will conduct in-person training and workshop as required. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:• Build a collaborative learning environment and mobilize employees to participate in it • Manage online learning forums and engage with the learners to stimulate collaborative learning • Monitor social learning analytics and continuously improve social learning strategies • Identify and deploy collaborative tools to support our network of trainers and trainees • Provide advice for “digitization” of training and online learning • Align learning with business needs in a dynamic business environment • Collaborate with trainers and subject matter experts • Design social learning programs based on the business needs through working closely with the business, subject matter experts and trainers • Utilize adult learning principles in designing and delivering online as well as in person training • Organize and facilitate learning forums and workshops • Conduct trainings as appropriate e.g. Sales & Service, Team Building, etc.
