The purpose of this role is to plan, develop and implement effective marketing communication.• Devising and presenting ideas and strategies to acquire new sellers• Writing and Proofreading creative copy• Maintaining Social Media Pages• Receive inbound calls/messages for guiding sellers about operations and general information• Meeting the productivity and Quality KPI as per target assigned• Writing emails, generating complaints as and when required
