Job Description

- Work across multiple departments to coordinate content development; must be comfortable giving direction to Graphic Designers with confidence.

- Drive shareholders to meet deadlines and execute projects in a timely fashion. Must be flexible with work hours, and sometimes working within short notice requests.

- Propose, test and launch new social tactics. And provide feedback/suggestions for campaign implementation.

- Provide program reporting on traffic performance and community engagement; share with Marketing Department and leaders of the Frontiir organization.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Journalism or relevant field preferred.

- 3+ years digital marketing experience, preferably representing an influential, national brand.

- Excellent written and communication skills in English and Burmese.

- Experience in developing marketing plans & strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

- Excellent time management and attention to detail

- Ability to map out long-term, evergreen social campaigns for multiple brands.

- Ability to concept and execute on-the-fly, last-minute social opportunities

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
