- Can Manage Social Media Pages, reply messages and Facebook pages from customer
- Can report to Operation Manager for detail records for Social Media
- Can be assigned on shift
- Handle complaints and Solve day - to - day Operation from customers.
- Can manage large amount of in-bound and out-bound calls in timely manner
- Can follow call center "Scripts" when handling different topics.
- Can make monitoring team performance and report to Operation Manager
- Can meet personal /team qualitative and quantitative targets.

Job Requirements

- Must have Call Center Back ground
- Can literate Myanmar Keyboard
- Should have English 4 Skills
- Should have knowledge Computer MS Office ( Work, Excel, Power Point)
- Experience 1 year as Team Leader
- Any Graduate and can apply with distance education
- Prefer living in Mayangone, Bahan and Yankin Townships.
