Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

• In charge of Entity SPM;
• Prepare quarterly CCRC reports for ASAI office;
• Prepare answers to lender queries/reports for ASAI office to meet social inclusion requirements;
• Provide operational support to Entity office with respect to SPM & others;
• Conduct training for branch staffs/data collectors/graduates during annual Client/Staff Satisfaction Survey, Client Economic Yield (CEY) Survey, Exit Survey etc;
• Conduct rectification of data collection process and ensure quality for office submission;
• Implement, manage & report various aspects of CPP, SPI4, ESMS & other social ratings;
• CSR reporting;
• Attend entity meetings to identify & fulfill necessary SPM requirements;
• Develop country specific ESMS based on ASAI ESMS;
• Implement and manage ESMS of the entity;
• Monitor regularly & report social initiatives (i.e. environmental awareness campaign, training) etc;
• Carry out relevant environment and social performance study;
• Participate and contribute to SPM audits/reviews (either internal or external)

Job Requirements

• Bachelor or higher degree in Social Science (or) related field is required
• Must have Minimum 3 years' experience in relevant management position
• Able to speak and write English fluently
• Able to deal with different culture
• Must have cooperative skill with other department
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross functional teams
• Leadership skill, Team work skills
• Microsoft Application
• Internet and email package
• Able to travel anywhere in Myanmar
