Job Title : Social Performance Manager

Location : Rakhine State

Key Responsibilities

Develop and Manage VisionFund Myanmar’s Social Performance Strategy
Manage Client Complaint mechanism and resolution process
Develop Plans, tools and resources to monitor and evaluate SP and capture lessons learned in order to meet SP targets and improve social impact
Lead special project and manage integration efforts with partner

Job Requirements

Bachelor degree in related field and/or preferable on Master Degree in Development, economic, business management and social science.
At least 2 years relevant work experience as middle management
Good knowledge in proposal development, project monitoring and evaluation .
Experience in statistics, data analysis and/or research
Must to provide a clean criminal background and reference check
