Software Developer Job Description:

 Work in Customized development to existing system
 Participate in all stages of system development
 Design, code, test, debug and document software systems
 Develop applications per detailed specifications using specified programming languages, tools, and techniques
 Perform unit and integration testing, System development and maintenance
 System Analysis and Design skills are preferred
 Creating well-written and understandable technical documents
 Deliver unit-tested systems timely that meet specification and functional requirements
 Troubleshoot technical problems
 Provide technical support on developed systems
 Ensure that all project tasks are completed following best practices and within set quality objectives

Job Requirements

Qualifications/ Experience Required:
 Minimum diploma in IT, Computer Science or equivalent.
 2 -5 years in development experiences
 Hands on experiences with Java
 Strong experiences in Java OOP concepts
 Experience with Jasper Report
 Experiences with ThreadLocals, JavaDoc, proper Exception Handling, good analytical skills
 Solid experience with Java in API and SDK customized development
 Experiences with Spring 4 (IoC, MVC)
 Hands on experience HTML, CSS3, XML, XSD
 Understanding of AJAX and the HTTP protocol and Understanding of session handling via HTTP
 Solid development experience with Eclipse IDE (Oxygen)
 Hands on experience with ECMAScript 3 and Angular JS
 Prefer to have MyBatis 3
 3+ years of experience with PL/SQL
 Experience database Oracle / MS SQL Server
 Prefer Microfinance / Banking experiences. Minimum Qualifications

EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS, AND TRAINING:

 B.S in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical or management training and experience
 Excellent written and oral communication skills
 Ability to effectively work in a team environment characterized by rapid change and high availability targets
