Job Description

o Develop, enhance, and optimize based on .NET/ C# and ASP programming language, and other related web technologies.
o Troubleshoot and fix/ provide a solution to any technical issue related to the software.
o Involve in end-to-end software development lifecycle (SDLC) for any development and enhancement tasks.
o Must be able to test new programs, and come up with own test reports to ensure all logic and results are accurate and correctly handled.
o Collaborates with sales and management team to understand in clear detail the requirements of any enhancement or upgrading of development tasks.
o Must be able to understand, analyze, plan, design requirements before doing actual coding.
o Able to provide effort estimation based on a given task.
o Involve in end-to-end software development lifecycle (SDLC) for any development and enhancement tasks.
o Able to create and maintain proper documentations related to the software.
o Able to produce effective and optimized methods for any programming solutions.
o Methodical and analytical in work.

Job Requirements

o A minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any field is a must, major in IT or software development is preferred.
o Those with relevant working experience would be preferred.
o .NET/ C# and SQL knowledge is a must.
o Familiar with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concept and methodology.
o A quick learner in the software development environment and be able to adapt to new technologies on demand.
o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
o Those with HR related, accounting or retail domain knowledge is an added advantage.
o Excellent communication skill is a must, as the job involves working closely with customers.
o Proficiency in Myanmar language, both written and spoken, is a must.
o Proficiency in the English language is an added advantage.
o Must be a team player, and able to work individually as well.
o Able to work under pressure.
o Must be able to meet datelines.
