Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

 Provide on-going applications support and be involved in various stages of the SDLC.
 Understand Company processes and supports on which data and reports to use to help them run their process.
 Testing of In-house applications extensively, prepare test cases, drive UAT and train all users on functionalities.
 Reports preparation and submission.
 Conduct user requirement analysis for the development implementation of new systems and enhancements to existing systems
 Engage with key stakeholders to ensure business requirements are met by this implementation.
 Undergo detailed training in the setup and use of related software.
 Ensure related software is configured and implemented in such a way as to increase the efficiency of the organization in regards to Events and Program management.
 Deliver training on the software to staff on a team by team basis.
 Compile training documentation to aid in the training of future users.
 Liaise with software supplier in regards to receiving technical support when required.

Job Requirements

 Minimum a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
 At Least 1-2 years of programming experience in PHP or .NET,Javascript and at least 1 year of experience in working on the development and delivery of web applications ,is a must.
 Experience working with MYSQL and MS SQL databases and tools, along with integration with web APIs and services, is a must.
 Able to communicate effectively, analytical with good time management, problem-solving and documentation skills.
 Experience with applying a project management framework to achieve results.
 Experience with developing and delivering software training to new users.
 Experience in Real Estate Industry is an added advantage.
 Ability to analyze, evaluate and act on issues and/or problems, reach sound conclusions and take appropriate action.
 Possess good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, as well as good computer skills.
 Ability to plan and priorities workloads, and delegate accordingly.
 Able to speak and write English and Myanmar fluently.
 Strong interpersonal & business communication skills.
 Confident, self-motivated , innovative and capable to work under pressure.
 Able to work flexibly and in an organized manner.
 Able to priorities work demands and conflicting priorities.
